This policy covers the information you give us when you request a free 15-minute market teardown or otherwise contact Obsidian Axis Group.
When you submit the teardown form: your name, business name, business street address (if provided), email, phone number, metro, industry, monthly ad spend range, and website (if provided). We also record basic technical and attribution data — which ad or link brought you here, and your browser's user agent — so we know which campaigns are working.
To schedule and prepare your free market teardown call, to follow up with you about booking a time if you have not yet done so, and — if you choose to engage our paid services — to deliver that work. We do not sell your information.
By submitting the form, you agree we may contact you by phone, text message, or email about your teardown and related offers. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to any text to opt out, or email us at the address below to be removed from any list.
We do not share your information with any other third party for their own marketing purposes.
As long as reasonably needed for the purposes above, or until you ask us to delete it.
Email us any time to see what we have on file, correct it, or have it deleted.
